"We had our entire HVAC system, including all the ducts and registers, replaced by Alpha in March of this year. We also had them move our washer and dryer and clean out the dryer exhaust. Dustin and his crew were top-notch professionals throughout the process. I've waited a while to post this review so I could assess the difference when the temperature is high because our original system would die every year as soon as it got overly hot outside, and half the house would NEVER cool down no matter what we did. We had multiple local HVAC providers work on our AC over the years, and we had it replaced about 7 years ago. Dustin came out and looked at the 7 year old system a few months back and informed us that the system was really not a good system to begin with, and that the way the duct work was put together in the attic was a big problem for the air flow, and that explained why only half the house could be cooled during the hottest months...we had recently received a quote from another HVAC company to simply replace our ducts (nothing about changing anything about the setup in our attic. Simply replacing them). Dustin quoted complete replacement, fixing the issues with the way the ducts were installed to begin with, completely replacing the entire HVAC system, ducts, and registers...and his quote was almost the same as the other company quoted for just duct replacement. It seemed too good to be true. But it was true, and even better than I had hoped for. They did the entire job, also installed a UV Air Purifier and new high tech smart thermostat, AND they cleaned out our dryer exhaust and the dryer itself....all for about the same price the other local company would have charged to just replace our ducts...My wife and I couldn't possibly be more impressed. Our AC works better than it ever has in the 20 years we've owned our house. It's quiet, it's efficient, and the whole house is one consistent temperature all day every day. The components they installed are even pretty to look at! :-) As for the dryer, they found that the dryer vent had been sealed almost completely shut outside the house, so they fixed that while they cleaned out the exhaust and now even doing our laundry is quicker and better than that's ever been since we've lived here. I can honestly say, my wife and I are completely sold on Alpha. We'll never think about using anyone else again. Providing before and after of the garage unit.
